Income Tax Department — Not giving form 16

Respected sir,  

              myself dr. Sudesh chaudhary reader in dept of prosthodontics worked  in nanded rural dental college and hospital, pangri, nanded from 08/03/2014 to 07/05/2015. I ask for form 16 but college refused to give me. 

      also for joining to new dental college, they ask for form 16 along with the other certificate. So i complaint regarding the same.

Here with this complaint i attach copy of appointment order and reliving order.

Sir kindly look into the matter do the needful help. Thanking you in anticipation
