SHOP NO. 2, 139/C/28, JYOTI PARK NEAR ASHRIWAD PARTY LAW GURGOAN HARYANA 122001
on 06 MAY 2016 but till date [17/09/20160] not be sent to Income tax department for allotment of PAN NO.
I need PAN CARD very urgently for filing Income Tax Return. So kindly arrange for allotment of PAN Number immediately.

I am holding PAN Card since 2010 and the number is CJPPK4841R. I have lost this orginal card last month. Can I get a Soft copy of my PAN and apply for a New Duplicate PAN card issuance by IT Department or authorized Agents.
