Income Tax Department — Receiving PAN ID doesnot exist message. Request to reactivate my PAN

Sir, My PAN CARD No. AUVPP6067H is not currently working. I forgot my password. While trying to reset my password it is not recognizing my PAN Id and system shows "User ID doesn't exist" . Kindly look into it and help me to solve this issue. I am enclosing the photo copy of the error details.
