[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — Wrong assessment of income tax[protected]pan no AAFPB5443H

As per assessment made by Assessing officer at ward 1(1) Noida (up) I am to pay Tax of RS 136000/- for the year 2010-11. This is intimated by income tax dept CPC Bangalore under section (145). I have not received intimation under section 143(1) so far from my assessing officer . I have written number of letters to my assessing officer at NOIDA during last two years but received NO reply.As per my assessment, I should get refund of RS13200/-. Probably assessing officer has not taken into account a sum of RS 100000/- deposited as self assessment. This amount is also reflected in Form 26AS. Please advise.
