[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — Wrongly Deleted My Pan No.AHOPS5720L.

Respected Sir, I am an employee of Mahila College Dalmianagar, Dehri on Sone . Rohtas Bihar under Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. and I have applied for PAN and the department had allotted PAN AHOPS5720L and I am filling my return regularly to Income Tax Department. I had applied for Duplicate issue of My PAN Card to Department, after enquiry the massage was flashed that "PAN provided in your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' has been deleted / deactivated by Income Tax Department and is under examination at ITD." I contact to Income Tax Department at Sasaram and they have verbally told me that your name and father's name also match with PAN No. [protected]@ under ITO Ward 4(1) at Patna. In above case only Name is matched but I think DOB & Father’s Name are not matched. I also informed you that I never resided at Patna and served at Patna. I am the resident of Dehri-on-sone, Rohtas, Bihar and submit my return to ITO, Sasaram. you are requested that kindly activate my above card. My Pan Card attached with the grievance.
