Incometax Dept of India — Issue of refunds and adjustments

There is problem in issuing refunds from the Asst-Year 2008-09 to Asst-Year 2012-13 in one case. We did not receive Intimations from the said year till 2011-12. Only received intimation for Asst-Year 2012-13 which is also not correct, they simply adjusted earlier year not supported demands. For which I have to pursue personally with local jurisdictional officer of Income tax Department (Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada). The case belongs to ... PA NO: ABYPM 1181 H
