Regading Consumer no. cx20463854 at SHAHEED GANESH INDANE, Bigrahapur, near new bypass, patna. LPG Cylinder booked on 3-4-2015 vide ref no. 721848, Cashmemo- [protected] generated on[protected] with massege for delivery shortly but, no delivery till 11.00 am today. On complaint at agency, they abused, threatened and become ready even to assault and in last, they assured to deliver today itself. But again, no delivery made as the agency have indulged in delivery from Truch itself and thus, no home delivery.
