my consumer no is 23918 . my agency is chandra gas agency, ambattur. my cylinder booking ref no is 691939. dated 24.11.13. 1.02 pm cash memo 15479 generated on 29.11.13 9.12 am. but booking cancelled on 29.11.13 9.42 am only 30 min . booking cancelled not by me. I want to know who are the person for my cylinder cancellation. I went to my gas agency today (30.11.13), they were told, pl re book the cylinder.
