Indane — Cancel my give up subsidy

I am hemlata jain from h.no. 515G nyay khand-3 gaziabad.

My indane gas(LPG) CONSUMER ID no.91041 and my reg.ph no is[protected].

My give up subsidy reference no.214978 dated 31/07/2015.

I will want to cancel my give up subsidy because i am not able to give up my subsidy due to financial problem's..

So i will want to requested to you please cancel my give up subsidy.
