[Resolved]  Indane — CORRECTION IN NAME

My name is Bhupendra Prashant. I am a consumer of Indane LPG with Jain Gas Company, Giridih (Jharkhand). My consumer no. is CX534855. My name appear Bhupendra Prasad instead of Bhupendra Prashant in Indane online system data. I request you to please get my name corrected from Bhupendra Prasad to Bhupendra Prashant.

Dear Sir,

I am a Indane gas holder having consumer number 10592 and LPG ID is 3 [protected]. My distributor is Nikhil gas service, Mayur chowk, Bekapur Munger 811201 (Bihar). The problem is that my name in your record is Shiveshwar Prasad Verma but my name is Sarbeshwar Prasad Verma. Due to incorrect name my Indane gas account is not getting linked with my bank account using Aadhar number. Therefore I need my name in your records to be corrected so that I will be able to get benefited from DBTL scheme. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am a holder of connection by consumer no. MS 00209, our distributor is TAJ GAS SERVICE, AGRA, . My name in the connection card is mentioned as SUDHIR KUMAR KUSHWAH, but the correct name is SUNIL KUMAR GARG. The addhar card has my name as SUNIL KUMAR GARG. I contacted the distributor regarding the correction in name. He asked to submit a affidavit on stamp paper and other security fee . I request you to change my name as mentioned above and direct the distributor to make the changes.

I had a indane gas connection at Karnal and the service provider was Mohan Gas Service, Daya Nand Colony, Model Town, Karnal. My Gas connection No. M-22707 While opening the account at their end (which was transferred from Panchkula-secular gas agency )they wrote my name as M R Batra instead of M K Batra which I brought to their knowledge immediately. The Manager corrected my name to read as M K Batra by overwriting the word R to K. However, on my shifting from Karnal to Gurgaon, the corrections were not carried out and at Gurgaon also the account has been opened in the name of M R Batra by the agency named Urvashi Enterprises, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon and the consumer No. Is CX24342112
Kindly advies the agency people to change my name to read as M K Batra.
