Indane — Cylinder not delivered even after 25 days

I had booked my refill as on 8th February 2015 and not received any cylinder till now. I called the distributor as the number provided on the memo but they not even pick the phone.This problem persists in the previous deliveries also.We had so many times visited the distribution center but they do nothing about it.how we can survive if we are getting LPG refills after 25-30 days.It is the worst delivery system I had ever seen.
