[Resolved] Indane — deficiency of service | |||
Sirs, I am indane gas consumer since more than30 years with the consumer number 4888. I bringto your kind notice that I booked through i.v.call for a rifill and a cash memo was also prepared and 3 days back I received a message that my cash memo was cancelled. On my enquiry at my at my Eluru Gas distributor, Sri Viswanadha Gas Agencies the delivery boy has stated that he is not aware of my address so that he has endorsed to his employer that address was not traced and the employees of gas agencies has replied and advised me it is better to go for complaint. So in the unavoidable circumstances i have been approaching you through this complaint.
