Indane — Delivery of Gas cylinder on Saturday or Sunday

I, Ms. Sipra Bandyopadhyay, staying in Kolkata (Address: 28/1, M.B.Sarani, 2nd floor, Kolkata-700 040) have booked for refilling cylinder of Consumer no. CX971807 (LPG ID:[protected] on 14.04.2015 (Booking no. 748460) & got confirmation for delivery on 15.04.15.My distributer is Chayanika (41, Regent Place, Kolkata-40). Since I am single & working lady, I requested the distributer to deliver the gas on Saturday/ Sunday/ within 09-30 AM in working days. But they declined. They cancelled my booking & told to book again. But this will be happened again & again, if they won't agree to deliver the gas in Saturday/ Sunday. Kindly look into the matter & justice to me.
