Indane — Force selling of Stove and cooker

I tried to submit my application for new gas connection to 'Sri Revathi Gas Agency' in Medavakkam, but they refused to take my application. Because they asked me to buy Cooker and other accessories from them. I mentioned them that I am not interested in buying those. They just refused to collect my application, they said that they will give connection only when we buy the accessories. I contacted the IOC customer care number and they told me that it is not mandatory to buy but sill this distributor is not at all listening. IOC has to take action against them to avoid losing their customers.. I hope they will..
