It has been a practice followed by the distributor in our area to deliver the underweight cylinder in our area and because of this such private distributors are earning handsome money. Today, I waas at home and the delivery man delivered the filled cylinder having prescribed weight of 31.4 k.g but on weighing it on scale i found it 25 k.g. and i denied to accept it and they said we will not deliver it again.
