Indane — Gas cylinder has been booked and showing delivered but not yet received

Dear Sir/ Mam, I have my Gas connection with your Baraut Gas Service near big jain mandir, Baraut Distt. Baghpat-250611. My consumer no. is 6258. I booked my cylinder on 30.04.2015 and reference no. generated in this connection was 276976. Cash memo for this reference i.e.276976 was generated on 02.05.2015 with cash memo no. [protected]. and as per your message of delivery, it was delivered on 02.05.2015 . My 17 digits LPG ID is[protected]. I have not yet received my cylinder till date i.e.06.05.2015.
