Indane Gas — facing problem while taking new Gas connection through online

Sir/Madam, With due respect I want to say that I had applied the new connection of Indane gas online but when I visited the distributor then they told me that I have to send the hard copy of my documents to the office, but while filling up the online form there were nothing written like that and due to this they are not providing me the new connection. They are charging Rs. 5030/- for single connection. So kindly help me out and provide me the new connection of Indane gas services.
