We have used 2 cylinders. When we have gone to book another cylinder, they have charged 1968 for two domestic gas filled cylinders @ 984 each. As per government policy this rate will be charged if we consume more than 9 cylinders per year. They say that subsidized amount will get credited automatically on their bank account. My question is under which policy they can charge at increase rate when we have not consumed cylinders greater than 9. Consumer No. CX2669108
