This is to bring to your notice that I have submitted Aadhaar card along with my UCO bank/ JHARSUGUDA account no.[protected]. But when I contacted Bank about subsidy amount they informed me that it is not credited in my account. Already I have taken two cylinders bill no. [protected], dtd. 09/03/2015 & bill no. [protected] 06/05/2015 but still subsidy amount was not credited to my account. Hence you are requested to look into the matter and please do needful action to get subsidy amount.
