[Resolved]  Indane — Illegaly cancelled my booking status without my knowledge

My consumer No. 5644, Distributor Name is SATHYA INDANE GAS, TENKASI, I booked cylinder for refilling on 20.08.2014 reference No is 213509, On 09.09.2014 message received from agencies on 11.09.2014 as my reference No. Is cancelled. The distributor has not informed the delivery date, but automatically given a message as cancelled. and I had made another another registration for the same date, reference No. is 219952, but till date filling cylinder not received.
