Indane — Indane gas cylinder not delivered at home on time and misbehavior of deliveryman.

sir,
my consumer no is 3531 name roshan lal chachan, i am consumer of scs indane gas agency hanumangarh town.
i have problem to receive my gas cylinder on time at home.deliveryman misbehaviour is also a big issue.deliveryman has no salter scale for weight the cylinder.
please sir look into d matter and solve my problem.
