Indane — Indian Oil - DBTL Linking issue

Dear Sir, My self Anand R, I submitted DBTL at Sri Ambiram Indane gas agency(Sholinganallur, Chennai-603103) on the date 5 jan 2015 but till date have not link to my SBI Ac no.[protected] and my LPG ID-3 [protected] with consumer no.9309. Also we face the problem to book cylinder for one month when asked the agency told need to link with this scheme, till then cylinder wont be provided. So please do needful.
