Indane — issue regarding "DBC"

HI SIR i am bitu kumar singh i was apply for DBC date on[protected] reference number is D1312201 MY CONSUMER NO IS 160072 agency name- Indane Distributor: Premier Gas Service, Dehradun She always call me come after 7 days, 10days, 15days from last 3 month i went there near about 25-30 but still she is not giving me proper response i was also complain regards this issue online on indane website but still i did not get any kind of proper response but complai no is-1269456 please do somthing i will be verry thankfull for you
