Indane — Lack of knowledge and return of documents | |||
As i am a consumer of indane gas agency-uddipak indane, padampur, bargarh, odisha, having consumer id-1077 applied for transfer my connection to nilachakra gas agency, boudh, odisha. Uddipak gas agency transfered my a/c to nilachakra gas agency through "ttv" mode whose validation period is one month. As per nilackakra gas agency i submitted all relevant documents along with new affidafit on dt-25/12/2014. As they have no knowledge about ttv they kept pending my doc/kyc without updating and at last returned my documents on 10/02/2015 and said your will not be done at our end.It was transfer on 10/12/2014.So my complaint is why i will be sufferer because of their lack of knowledge. As i am an employee of psu have no time to run here and there everytime.My family is suffering a lot .Wh they didn't tell me before about this that this beyond their knowledge ? Kindly see this matter urgent otherwise i will proceed legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||
