Indane LPG — CHANGE OF DISTRIBUTOR

I am a senior citizen residing at 21/1 Biren Roy Road (E) Kolkata- 700008 under Behala PS. I have an Indane LPG connection with the distributor ‘’ Gas & Gadgets’’ Manton Super market, Behala, Kolkata-700034 since the year of 2000. Very recently the distributor Gas & Gadgets has transferred my Indane LPG connection suomoto to another distributor “ Thakurpukur Indane” Janapriya Park, Amgachia, PS. Bishnupur without my knowledge. The new distributor ‘’Thakurpukukur Indane” which is situated at Bishnupur PS is far away from my Behala residence and therefore difficult for me to communicate. Therefore I want to change my present distributor to any other Indane distributor situated in Behala area. If the change of Indane distributor is not possible then transfer my LPG connection to other LPG service provider viz, HP LPG in the Behala regeion. It is very unfortunate that the Indane distributor ‘Gas & Gadget’ has transferred my LPG connection on his own motion “without giving me any opportunity to know” in this democratic set up. My Indane LPG ID is 3-[protected] and Consumer No is CX24286401 & Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Complaint No. is 2192313 dt.[protected]. Praying for early redressal of grienvances.
