Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that my Indane gas consumer number is LG8664 and I had provided my aadhar card and other documents for linking for subsidy on 15 may 2015. I was told it will take two days to link. When I called on 23rd may 2015 at 9:45 am to know the status, employee of the agency said we will start computer after one hour and disconnected the phone after 15- 20 minutes I called again he asked me to come on monday ie 25th may 2015. On Monday when I reached the agency carrying the empty cylinder on my shoulders and walking almost one km from my home, they started shouting at me that why I came at 11am instead of coming at 9:30am. I told them that you had called me on Monday so I came as per your instructions and from this moment onward both the employees of the said Major Sudhir Walia Gas Agency started misbehaving with me so I too raised my voice, then one of employee took my consumer number to check whether it was linked to bank subsidy or not and then he said it take six months to link and your number is not linked, you provided documents on 15th may. I said you were the only who told me you can call after two days so this is why I came after ten days. After this they bluntly told me that we will not give you cylinder and do what ever you want to do.
I called customer care Shimla from where I got Mr. B L Meena's (Field Officer) contact number I called him 4-5 times but his phone was swiched off.
Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against these employees so that no other customer is misbehaved or I'll treated by this agency people. Was this information helpful? |
