Indane — non delivery of cooking gas

Sir. my customer no. is 10280, and keerti indane services is (distributer code.4986273) our supplier. i booked for my cooking gas and got booking ref.no.293275.on dated 27/02/2015. next day onwards i called the agency for delivery.most of the time not geting them by phone if luckly gets simply says saturday will do the delivery. i dont know in which year which month which saturday they will deliver. in this year i got one cylinder only in january.today also i noticed thier delivery vehicle delivers to my nighbours. i asked the driver for my cylinder he said he dont know ask to the agency.i called them symply the guy who picked the phone lied that they are not doing delivery to any body today .its truely an insulting because then too the delivery van was within my visiblity.i dont know what i have to do, afterall i am a woman.
