[Resolved] Indane — Non Delivery of DCB from more than 13 months after applying and non refilling cylinder | |||
I am a suffering client of Indane under Premier Gas Agency, Dehradun, UK, India with client no 160167(LPG id:3 [protected]). Worst services received from premier gas agency. 1. I booked on 11th Nov 2014(Booking refer no:900309) but till today I have not received refilled cylinder while I am having only one cylinder, so from last 10 days, your services has made our life miserable. I have made complaint as well but still no action. 2. Next and the worst problem is I applied for DCB connection(Ref No: 1309225) on 25th Sept 2013, Then I got a call to submit documents for verification and approval. I did the process, from then I have not received any update or any DCB connection. On agency I tried thousands of times to call but no response every time. You are required to improve the services for clients satisfactions, you have no right to make clients suffer so severely. Action must be taken...
