Indane — Non-delivery of Refill Cylinder & non-return of Consumer-Book & Delivery Slips | |
I am a 72 year old widow living alone at Alwar and my son who is a serving Central Govt. employee visits me on Sundays. I have an Indane LPG connection with Govind Gas Agency, Station Road, Alwar (Rajasthan) having Consumer No. 13042.
I had initially booked for a Refill on 25.12.2014 through Indane Automated Refill System against Consumer No.13042 (LPG ID:[protected] and Ref. No. given was 205700 against which Cash Memo No.[protected] was reportedly (as per SMS received) generated on 30.12.2015. However, no refill was delivered and upon approaching the Distributor on 01.12.2015, I was asked to submit Photocopies of Bank Account and Adhaar Card, which was done by me instantly. However, cylinder was not delivered despite assurance resulting in cancellation of the Refill Booking Ref. No.205700. On contacting the Distributor, I was assured fresh Refill and the Distributor retained my Consumer-Book and the Slips for the needful. Subsequently, only on repeated follow-ups, fresh Booking was registered with Reference No.[protected] on 22.01.2015 and Cash Memo No.[protected] was reportedly generated (as per SMS received) against the same on 22.01.2015 itself. However, in spite of repeated follow-ups over telephone neither the Refill has been delivered as yet nor has my Consumer-Book been returned till date.
