Indane — non-delivery of refill cylinder

sir, I am consumer of Indane LPG, my consumer no. cx 14764987. I have booked for refill cylinder on 06/12/2014 through moblie, the reference no. is 766603. I was traking my booking status regularly. on yesterday (29/12/2014) I got the massage that distributor has delivered the bookings done by 5/12/2014, and my cash memo has been generated. but today still I don't get my cylinder and when I tracked my status it showing that distributor delivered only upto 5th of december booking. My cash memo record is now removed. why is so. please look into the matter seriously as my cylinder is nearly to finish. my agency is Needus Distributors, Kolkata thank you Sarfraz Adil consumer no.
