Indane — Non delivery of rifles

I have booked gas on 5th oct 2014 online and they have given me reference no that is 269385 and billing also done on 6th oct 2014, after three days I personally contacted to dealer and they have asked me next day your gas will be delivered. still now I have not received the delivery of gas rifles.my consumer No is 18608 that is indane gas.
