Indane — Non receipt of cylinder after booking more than 40 days.

My name is Ratnam & my Consumer Number is 2561 of M/sPrithwi Indane Services, Aluva. I have booked for a cylinder (domestic) on 8.10.2014 and received an SMS message from M/s.Prithvi Indane Services, Aluva on 8.10.2014 and the booking reference number is 369267. Even after elapse of 40 days, I have not received cylinder or any message regarding the allotment. So, today I approached the Gas Agency godown at Asokapuram directly.. But, they says that my booking is not recorded at their records. I shown the SMS in my mobile phone. But they says that it is not acceptable and issue gas cylinder. What am I do for this negligence and irresponsible attitude?
