Dear Sir/Madam, I S.R.Moorthy, Consumer No:CX4177149, Customer No:70988560 having domestic Indane LPG connection from your dealer"OM VION INDANE at Kamothe-410209, Navi-Mumbai, Maharashtra.I booked for a refill on 05/11/2014 and my booking No:201192.Till now i am not getting my refill.Always they kept down the telephone receiver down.In person i visited the dealer's office on 15-11-14 and requested for my refill and i was informed that they will deliver the refill on Monday17-11-14.After that one more had gone 24-11-14.To day on Wednesday26-11-14 i am writing this to you to seek remedy from your end on priority basis.
