Indane — Not getting subsidy till date

Respected Sir/Madam. On dated 22.06.2015 I booked a gas cylinder against customer No. 00203. The cylinder had been delivered on 25.06.2015. But still I am not getting my subsidy. I went to your Konnagar office for enquiring on 7.7.2015. The lady who sits in front of office, told it has alreday been entered into your account, you just go and update your passbook. I did it according to her advise and return to her. After going through the passbook she told me you again update the passbook to deposit some money because your passbook has not been updated so long and you would come after 15 days. Today I have deposited money and updated passbook. But there is no seen any subsidy. I took the book and handed over to the lady, look through the passbook and monitor as well she told me that you will get your subsidy within july, 2015.
