Indane — Not Linking Bank Account from Indane for the last 2 and half months

Hi, I'm a customer of Indane Gas and my consumer no is CX19274955 and LPG Id is[protected]. I have given my bank details on 02nd March'2015 and submitted Form 4 to the Distributor and after that also I have submitted Form 3 to State Bank of India on 24th April'2015. But still the bank account is not linked with LPG ID. When I went to they Bank they have shown me their system where my consumer no and LPG ID is updated with the Bank Account. Bank Manager said Indane has to update from their end. I've raised several complaints to Indane but nothing has happened. I'm attaching the documents. Please help me out. Thanks Indira Ghosh
