Indane — not picking the phone and non delivery of gas

I am A.sathyan, Consumer No.184802 of Mini gas agencies, Kundara. I have booked order for refill cylinder on 15.11.2014 through IVRS system. To enquire about the delivery of the cylinder, the agency is keeping the phone in always engaged mode, otherwise please check up. Please do necessary action or warn the agency, as I am in need of refil cylinder urgently.

My consumer No. is 184802, I am in need of gas urgently, the agency is keeping the phone in always engaged mode. No one is there to ask the agency, they are doing their business as their wish. Please do necessary action.
