Indane — No proper delivery of gas

Am Sanjeev Sharma your INDANE customer of " CHANDRAKALA GAS AGENCY" . I have booked a cylender on 7-aug-2014 but am not getting my cylender yet my booking no.is 15152 and refrence no. for online booking is (r[protected]) What the nonsense you are doing there.. This is not first time evry time i am facing this problem from last one year i already file a complaint in your deppartment no. is 1529420 evry time they told me to call MR. Rakesh Jha the owner of this agency but no action taken by him.
now suggest me what I have to do in this case...
