Dear Customer service
Refilll booking done for consumer number yy11208 on 18th September.. Not yet received the refill... Generally the refill comes within a week...
Earlier for this consumer number whenever we use to book for refill it never use to accept the landline number given on record "Message use to come as you cant book refill from this number. Hence gave for new mobile number to be saved against this consumer number and later booked from the new number... Booking has been done but not yet received the refill.
Please help us in this matter
