Indane — refill cylinder not delivered

Sir,
I am using Indane domestic gas of consumer no.: 4356282. I have booked refill cylinder on[protected] of ref. no.: 233406. So far I did not receive the cylinder.
Kindly take necessary action.

I booked an cylinder online on 28/12/2014 from Lakshmi Indane gas agency my register no.203344, i have not received the cylinder till now and the agency people are not picking up the phone since last 2 days. And now i am out of cylinder gas . please help me to get out of this...

I have booked a refil for cylinder on 7/3/2015 the details are given below.
Agency Name: Divya gas agencies
Consumer No: 23528
Booking No: 282325
I got the message on my mobile on 17/3/2015 that cash memo generated with cash memo Number [protected]. But the cylinder was not delivered till now. But the consumer those booked after date also getting the refilled cylinder within 2 or 3 days.
I have registered the complaint in the tooll free no [protected] and got the docket No. 2005531
Please help me to solve the issue at the earliest

I have booked on may 21, 2015 for refill &confermation recevied on may 22, 2015 under no 203260 &cash memo no [protected]generated but till now not deliverd. I lodgeg complaint on may29 under no 2160563 but no responce . Kindly look the matter
