Indane — refill Delivery not provide

Dear Sir/Madam kindly check my last refill information, i registered my booking on 19/05/2015 (consumer no.1966) after spent more time am not receive any cylinder then i inform and Inquiry to distributor, he reply they already Generate slip on 05/06/2015 and am also got massage on my register mobile number (slip no.[protected]).after 15th days am not receive any refill.than i meet his area deliver boy Mr.Ashok he Replied "i have your slip and you come on gas godam and pick your refill self." So sir/madam you give me session that while he take Delivery full charge then why not provide home Delivery, in that situation what we can do please suggest me.this is not one time and not one people problem it's whole people problem. so i humble request you please solve this problem as soon as because i am still waiting for refill.
