Indane — Refilling of gas cylinder

I Mr p k pandey consumer no 23482 of indane company, and my gas agency is jay jawan gas agency located in Dwarka sector 7 in new Delhi. Since last six months I unable to book cylinder by calling to booking center, and every time I book cylinder through agency dealer but this time they refused to book, I try many time to indane help line but helpline no is every time busy. I loss much time for bookings but could not get help. I would be very thankful if my issue will solve.
