Indane — SMS/ phoneenabled service for refil booking is not accepted

I use to book for refill over mobile phone. These days, when I dial, to book for refilling from Alaka Bhubaneswar w.c.s., the computerised voice after receiving my phone tells me that ur consumer No. is A23777. Thanks for the same. Unfortunately, no booking for refill is done, nor a message in that respect reaches me. Kindly, do the needful, as both the cylinders are going to be finished within a couple of days hence.
