Indane — subsidy amount is not credited to my concerned bank a/c. month of jan and feb

Dear Sir My LPG subsidy is not credited in my bank accont of 2 months jan and feb.my costumer no.6706 and name is Sharda Devi.My mother is going 2 times in cactus lily enterprises but no result found.
