Dear sir / Madam, Myself is Ramesh Kumar.B.N from Mysore, Karnataka & using INDANE LPG gas cylinder from past 9 years & we have attached Aadhar number approximately 4 months back & on October 14th we have booked a cylinder & that time our Agency personnel told us we have not attached Aadhar number though we have given all the details of Aadhar & bank details with the period given & they said to attach it again & the same day we gave all the details of bank account, copy of Aadhar, after 3 days we received cylinder & at that time they told that we will get the subsidy amount with in a month. On Saturday[protected] we came to know that we have not received the subsidy amount, immediately we called our agency & they told us our Aadhar number has not been attached & immediately she collected Aadhar number from us & today on[protected] once again when we enquired the status to our agency, she said that our Aadhar number has been attached but it is not approved from central (which is not understood by us) & also she said that we are not going to get this previous cylinder subsidy amount even after approval by central. Even though we have followed the rules of IOC we are not getting the correct facility & co-operation, we would like to know why? Our agency is MANJUNATHA GAS AGENCY, 68/A, SAHUKAAR CHENNAIAH ROAD, JANATHANAGAR, MYSORE, KARNATAKA, DISTRIBUTOR CODE-1983320 Our consumer number - 9798 Our Aadhar number[protected] I request you to please payback the subsidy amount immediately & ensure the issue does not repeat again. I got the delivery of Indane Gas Cylinder from satyam Indane Gas service, booth no 120, sector-9 Panchkula and paid Rs.965/- vide cash memo dated;[protected]. The subsidy of Rs.545/- was to be credited to my account linked with Aadhaar Card with Punjab Nationl Bank, sec.8 Panchkula.

Sir I am Mrs Kalyani Das Indane Customer since last 2 years my consumer no is.15199 from Dibrugarh Assam. My gas agency name is SHNATI GAS AGENCY, DIBRUGARH. Sir I am received my booking cylinder on 10th Jan 2014 but I did not recived my subsidy amount in my bank account. Then I check my bank details in My LPG.in in feedback account. Then I Shaw my bank IFSC code is wrongly entered in a system and my subsidy status is failure. I have contact my dsitributor and they Shawn there data is accurate match which one I have written in my DBLT form.
I have given my IFSC code in DBLT form is IOBA0000493 (INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK DIBRUGARH BRACH) is which one is wrongly entered in system is IOBA0009016 this IFSC code is belong to Chennai Indian Overseas bank.
So sir plz what can I do...plaeas gave a response to my problem.
