Indane — Unable to get refill due to bad customer support from dealer | |||
I had applied for PEHEL registration on 7th Feb 15 and has been registered successfully which i understand from your Indane web site. I have been following-up for the refill supply since 3rd march 15. However due to very poor communication and support from your dealer, I fail to understand even today the reason for why i have not been supplied with the refill cylinder. Everyday a very rude reply is being given to customers and customer approach is totally absent. As we do not find any responsible person in your dealer Maruthi, Indane distributor, Anna Nagar West, Chennai.We request intervention and support from Indane.
