I registered on line for LPG DBTL scheme with my Aadhaar card NO[protected] with Indane. Consumer No 22327 . MY gas agency is Sri Revathi gas agency and Medavakkam Chennai. Even after submitting aadhaar No I was asked to submit form No 4 filled with bank details meant for non- aadhaar card customers.The website is also not user friendly as we cannot communicate our problem. Customer care toll no is always busy. The ref No given by Indane is BNK[protected]. I do not know whether I should submit form 4 or other
