Indane — Why Suknba Gas Agency, Shillong saying no stcok from last two weeks?

I have phoned Sukba Gas Agency from last two weeks. They are replying that they donot have stocks. Let phone next week or some times next day like that. Why there is no availabilty or no stock or is it artificial crisis made by sukba and/or indane combindingly. Mrityunjoy NEHU, SHillong
