Hey guys, there is a new way of India bulls to fool people and suck their hard earned money. we too are chated by IB .we booked flat in 2013 in phase 2 indiabulls panvel, as usual like all of you we gave 20% amount (13Lacs). but construction didnt started. then they gave option to exit, we decided to remain invested in the project. because i know big builders usually takes a long time to refund, after so many tantrums they may refund your money (offcourse after years of wait). in between they said 2-3 approvals are pending from government. Now all of sudden i.e on 10 th dec they are saying that they have received the approvals and sent me mail which shows many changes in the cost sheet.They have changed my building number and everything and added so many charges. like they have changed carpet area, added some new charges like "Facility development corpus fund" (newly they have added), also they have increased the "other costs " by 2 lacs. Maintenance in advance for 18 months . over all they are asking more about 5 lac rupees. after so much of delay in possession, how can they make changes on their own. these things should take before taking our booking. earlier also they have made changes in their projects and customers suffer also their marketing person disappeared some where, and a person who mailed me as a VP Mr. Rohit kumar not reachable. i want to know is there any group you have made, so that we can fight against them? kindly reply .
