This is to address a complaint against my x company indiahomes which was called as indiaworld technologies pvt ltd.

I worked for this company for almost 3.5years and after giving my best what i got in return was absolutely nothing.

My last date was 31st april 2016 but i have still not received my 2 months salary, my fnf and my london trip expenses.

I have purchased Flat in Bangalore through India Homes. It has offered me upfront discount of 60K and agreed to credit the amount to me with in couple of months of booking the Flat. Also, I have referred couple of my friends to purchase property through India Homes and they have agreed to referral bonus amount of 60K . India homes is a service provider for buying homes.I bought a house in gaousons through india homes in november 2014.For that they have issued me a credit note of 1% and said that it will be en cashed with in 3 to 6 months.
I am following them from last six months but every month they give a new date to know the status and always give the same reply that builder had not released the 100% brokerage.

Self booked flat in panchsheel greens through india homes representative mr. Atish mob-[protected] in dec 2014 and they accepted the redemption request in nov'15 and assured that the amount will be paid within 90 days.

But after chasing them regularly they extended the payment date every 15 days on pretext that they are facing some financial problem.

At the time of purchasing i have asked for the discount on the flat and after discussion they had commit ed to me to provide 48621 rs as the discount, but they mention the condition that they should receive their brokerage first from the builders (Most of the time it is about 10 % of cost of property), my property...

Hi I booked a flat with umang realtech in their project winter hills -77 via india homes in june 2015. I was given a credit note at that point for 2% of the booked value and was told that this will be honored in 90 days. At that point of time i was told that umang is one of the preferred builders of india homes and there would be no delays in getting this credit note honored. I have booked a house in noida extension with a well-known builder through a site indiahomes.com. They offered 5.5% of discount on the form as well as extra discount of 1.0% through credit note. For the initial 6 month, it was difficult to use the credit note and redeem the discount. I then, contacted indiahomes and they took another 4 months.
