I have a many times talk at morbi branch for my demate account closing process but I haven't bad response.

So now I have a complain to iifl, please close my demate account on priority base.

Sir, I had opened one demat account with IIFL in 2007 under plan 555, which clearly says that there will be no annual maintenance charges. But they are charging since then at the rate of 400 rupees, I have contacted customer services many a time but got no response. Pls help me out.
